Rubber Track Size & Fitment Guide

Find the right replacement rubber tracks by checking your machine model, track width, pitch and link count. This guide explains what to compare before ordering from Rio Rubber Track.

How do I find the correct rubber track for my machine?

Start with the equipment brand and complete model designation. Read the size marking on your existing track, then compare it with the product listing and its fitment chart. Keep any model suffixes, year restrictions and link-count notes: these can distinguish different configurations of the same machine.

What does a rubber track size such as 230x48x62 mean?

In this size format, the first number is the track width in millimeters, the second is the pitch in millimeters, and the third is the number of links. A 230x48x62 track is 230 mm wide, has a 48 mm pitch and contains 62 links.

Size marking Width Pitch Links
230x48x62 230 mm 48 mm 62
450x86x55 450 mm 86 mm 55

Is the machine model alone enough to confirm fitment?

Do not rely on the model name alone. Compare the complete track specification with your current equipment. Some listings specify a particular year, configuration or link count. For example, a listing marked 66 links is not the same as a 62-link track.

What if the size marking includes additional letters?

Include the entire marking when you ask for help, including letters such as N or W. Do not drop these characters or assume that tracks with the same three numbers are interchangeable. Ask us to confirm the track specification for your machine.

Does one order contain one track or a pair?

Check the quantity stated in the individual listing. A pair, set of 2 or 2 pcs means two tracks. The cart quantity counts the listing unit: ordering one set of 2 means purchasing two tracks. Ask us before ordering if the title, description or quantity is unclear.

What information should I send for fitment help?

  • Equipment brand and complete model designation.
  • Full track size marking, including any letters.
  • Photos of the existing track, its size marking and the inner guide area.
  • Machine year or serial number, if available.
  • Whether you need one track or a pair.
